Foreign Nationals in the Philippines Must Comply with 2025 Annual Immigration Report
Mandatory online and in-person reporting for registered aliens begins January 1, 2025
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has officially announced the schedule and guidelines for the 2025 Annual Report, which applies to all registered foreign nationals staying in the Philippines. As stated in Section 10 of Republic Act No. 562 (Alien Registration Act of 1950), all aliens registered with the BI are required to personally report from January 1 to March 1, 2025.
📝 What You Need to Prepare:
Completed online registration via BI e-Services Portal
Valid ACR I-Card or original paper ACR
Valid passport
For expired passports: Submit an affidavit of undertaking
For native-born aliens without a passport: Provide an affidavit of no passport since birth
For refugees/stateless persons: Present valid ACR I-Card
RA 7919 visa holders with pending visa re-stamping: Provide proof of payment
Official receipt of the previous year’s annual report payment

Foreign nationals currently in the Philippines with valid visas can opt to report
online 24/7 via the
BI e-Services platform. Payment can be made through Maya, GCash, Visa/MasterCard, or Landbank. Make sure to pay within the same day of online processing to avoid reissuance delays.
🛫 Important: Those planning to leave the Philippines must fulfill their annual report obligation before obtaining an ECC-B (Emigration Clearance Certificate).
