ASRV is a special permanent residence visa obtained by becoming a member of the Aurora 

Special Economic Zone (APECO), a regional development project established by the national 

and provincial governments under Republic Act No. 9460 and Republic Act No. 10083.The way 

to get permanent residency is through a donation. This visa I-card only needs to be renewed

once every five years.
